OPI Nail Lacquer Thinner

Works great for restoring gloppy nail polish to the proper consistency. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that the bottle arrived about 80% full. I’m guessing that’s because this is a volatile compound, and the amount you get depends on how long ago the bottle was filled. The bottle tip does not allow for precise control so a drop of the liquid ends up on the outside of the tip after each use. A dropper would have been less wasteful.
