Orly didn't didn't skimp on the glitter in this polish, it is packed with the glitter particles. Great coverage and great consistency, not too goopy. One coat gives you a pretty good coverage as a topper. You can probably built it up in full coverage in three coats may be. I wore it on its own in two coats over a basic clear base coat, and I liked the fun look. Want to try it over a shimmery white polish and other colors, pretty sure it would look great.
